Last Beginner Class

"Paint & Sip“ but with a twist, letting the cake be your canvas. Each person will be equipped with their own tools that would be needed for decorating their own cake. You will receive three 6-inch layers of french vanilla cake with homemade american buttercream frosting. After discussing recipes, frosting techniques, and fondant work, I will demonstrate how to stack, frosting and decorate your cake. I will go to each person individually, to help one on one. Hope to see you there!

Class $150
Each student will receive 1 Griffin Baking Bag, 1 Bench Scraper, 1 Offset Spatula, 3 Piping Bags, 2 Piping Tips

There are no age limits for this class, but only ages 21 and up will be allowed to drink.

We will complete the following steps:

Properly fill a piping bag

Stack and fill cake layers

Apply a crumb coat

Final coat your cake

Get sharp edges around the top of your cake

Work on piping borders around the top of your cake

Once your cake is done, you can take your masterpiece home to enjoy!
