Last Beginner Class

It is like "Paint & Sip“ but with a twist, letting the cake be your canvas. Each person will be equipped with their own tools that would be needed for decorating their own cake. You will receive three 6-inch layers of french vanilla cake with homemade american buttercream frosting. After discussing recipes, frosting techniques, and fondant work, I will demonstrate how to stack, frosting and decorate your cake. I will go to each person individually, to help one on one. Each student will receive 1 Griffin Baking Bag, 1 Bench Scraper, 1 Offset Spatula, 3 Piping Bags, 2 Piping Tips

There are no age limits for this class, but only ages 21 and up will be allowed to drink.
