Policy

Additional Information

Please allow 3-4 days for a response. Sunday-Tuesday are the days you typically get a quick response. Please allow 48-72 hours for a response.

  • 50% deposit is due one week before event. (non-refundable)
  • Last minute orders placed 6 or less days before event, add $55 rush fee.
  • Orders placed during an already booked schedule, add $65 inconvenient fee.
  • Adding more custom features WILL raise the price.
  • Colors such as dark purple, royal blue, red, and black will alter the taste of your frosting due to the amount of food coloring it takes to achieve the color. Adding these colors will be an additional +$5.
  • Add an extra $25 per tier for each additional flavor: red velvet, strawberry, & lemon.
  • Add an extra $35 per tier for strawberry deluxe.
  • For orders that are cancelled/postponed, deposit must be used within three weeks of cancellation date.
  • Any last-minute changes will be an additional $15, please discuss cake toppers & all other details when placing your order
  • Orders not picked up within two days (no call, no show) will be cancelled and will not be refunded.


- All fondant and buttercream cakes should be kept in a fridge until ready to serve. This prevents the cake from sliding or bulging.

- When traveling with your cake, please make sure it is flat and level, I recommend putting your cake on the floor of the car because most car seats have a slope which would cost your cake to tilt.

- Even if it's cold outside, please DO NOT travel with your heat on with a cake in the car.

- It is recommended that you place your cake order 1-2 months ahead of time to ensure you are able to get a spot on the calendar. 


Acceptable forms of payment include Cash, Cashapp, Paypal, and Venmo.


I am NOT a retail bakery, I do not have pre-made cakes, or cupcakes on hand.

8 inch - 28 servings

10 inch - 42 servings

12 inch - 56 servings

14 inch - 82 servings

16 inch - 100 servings


Square cake serving sizes:

6 inch - 18 servings

8 inch - 32 servings

10 inch - 50 servings

12 inch - 72 servings

14 inch - 98 servings

16 inch - 124 servings


Sheet cake serving sizes:

Quarter sheet - 54 servings

Half sheet - 108 servings

Full Sheet - 192 servings

Delivery

Delivery charge $0.95 per mile round trip.


If customer agrees to pick up but changes their mind 3 days before OR the day of pickup, delivery/meeting charges WILL BE DOUBLED.
